UFC 275: Must-Watch Women’s Fights

Zhang Weili vs. Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Valentina Shevchenko and Taila Santos: two of the most expected matches in women’s MMA takes place this Saturday June 11

Whatever your plans are for this weekend, UFC 275 on Saturday night must be part of them. With an explosive card headlined by Glover Teixeira vs. Jiri Prochazka who will battle for the UFC light heavyweight championship, the event promises a night full of non-stop action. And the men aren’t the only ones in the spotlight. Two highly anticipated fights in the women’s division contend for Fight of the Night: the re-match to arguably one of the greatest fights in women’s MMA history, the impressive Joanna Jedrzejczyk will face off once again her equally dangerous opponent, Zhang Weili; and the women’s flyweight title fight between champion Valentina Shevchenko and Taila Santos is not to be missed. Shevchenko is on a true legacy-building path and is expected to dominate the match, however Santos is an opponent not to be underestimated, with a dangerous Jiu-Jitsu game, any mistake can cost Shevchenko the title.
